Refund Policy

Fine Art and Poster Prints

Each Fluigraphy print is produced to order by our printing partner Prodigi. As such, orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed, and returns are not accepted for personal convenience (change of mind, incorrect format or medium chosen by the customer).

We invite you to carefully check your selection (format, medium, artwork) before confirming your order.

Damaged Product or Order Error

If your print arrives damaged or does not match your order (wrong format, wrong artwork), we undertake to send you a replacement free of charge.

To do this, contact us within 14 days of receipt at martinbrandphoto@gmail.com, including:

• Your order number
• A photo of the product received
• A description of the problem

We will process your request as soon as possible and arrange for a new print to be sent.

Custom Orders

Custom orders (off-catalogue format, specific framing, dedication) are subject to a prior quote and are non-refundable once production has started.

Legal Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. As prints are produced on demand, they are exempt from the right of withdrawal.
